    鋁型材數控雙頭精密切割鋸的特點

    本機主要由床身,左、右鋸頭、操作臺,托料架、氣動系統、電氣系統、數控系統等部分組成。

    1.鋸頭
    1. Saw head
    左鋸頭為固定鋸頭,右鋸頭為活動鋸頭,可通過移動右鋸頭用雙鋸頭同時切割不同長度的型材。每個鋸頭分別有擺角結構、傳動系統、工作臺、工進夾緊系統、鋸片、鋸罩等組成。

    床身由低碳鋼板經壓彎成型后焊接而成,內部有加強筋板,焊接后經時效處理,保證了床身有足夠的鋼性及穩定性。機架底部安裝有調平底座,用于機身工作臺水平調整。

    操作臺安裝于床身前,操作臺在水平面內可以橫向移動,操作者可靈活選擇操作位置。

    操作控制元件裝于操作臺上,切割型材時,操作人員須按操作程序按動按鈕,以完成型材的切割加工

    托料架主要用在切割長型材時,輔助托料使用。

    1.氣動控制系統
    1. Pneumatic control system
    氣動控制原理,壓縮空氣經氣源處理器處理后,進入各氣動元件,該系統主要完成動作:工件夾緊、鋸片進給、鋸片退回,工件松開。
    Pneumatic control principle: after being processed by the air source processor, the compressed air enters each pneumatic element. The system mainly completes the actions: workpiece clamping, saw blade feeding, saw blade returning and workpiece loosening.
    2.工件夾緊

    工件的夾緊是通過單作用氣缸實現的。電磁閥通電后,二位五通電磁閥換向,壓縮空氣進入單作用氣缸,工件被夾緊;鋸片切割完畢,鋸頭退回碰到行程開關,電磁閥斷電換向,控制夾緊氣缸松開,整個加工工序完畢。
    The clamping of workpiece is realized by single acting cylinder.     電磁閥通電后換向,壓力空氣進入氣缸后腔使鋸片前進;電磁閥斷電,二位五通電磁閥復位,壓力空氣進入氣缸前腔,鋸片退回。
